Marián Andričík is a literary scholar and translator. He translates mainly prose and poetry, mostly from English and American literature (S. King, B. Childish, J. Grisham, J. Keats, T. Hughes, A. C. Doyle, J. Trollope and others). He also translates plays, radio plays, essays and scholarly literature. He debuted with a collection of reflective poetry, Skúška správnosti (1989).
