The selection procedure headed by the Ministry of Culture of Republic for the position of the director of Literary Center has a winner.
The committee was considering four candidates: Jana Beňová, Marek Debnár, Zuska Kepplová and Pavel Sibyla.
After private and public hearings of the candidates and evaluation of their projects, the committee suggested to Minister of Culture Natália Milanová to approve the candidate Pavel Sibyla for the position.
The newly appointed director will succeed Beata Vlková, who was temporarily delegated by directing Literary Center (Literárne informačné centrum) until February 2022.
