SLOVAK CENTRAL OBSERVATORY (founded in 1871) has been publishing the popular science magazine Kozmos about astronomy since 1970. �������� Central Observatory published the Astronomical Calendar (Astronomický kalendár) and Astronomical Yearbook (Astronomická ročenka) annually. In addition to regular editorials, it publishes several non-periodical 2publications on astronomy topics each year.
